In order to see results not only do you need the right workout programme,
but you need to be able to accurately track that programme week after week in order to make constant improvements along the way, which in turn result in physical changes to your body.
If you choose to work with me I will create a profile for you on my training app, along with all the workouts you'll be aiming to complete week after week. Each workout will be specifically tailored based on your goals and features video examples so you know exactly what you're doing.
Simply log into the app when you're about to start a workout and enter the weights and reps you've done for each exercise. Then I can look over these results and set your targets for the following week at our weekly check in.
The app can also be connected to your fitness tracker, meaning together we can keep an eye on things such as daily steps, sleep, current bodyweight and calorie intake for the day.
