After years of my own struggles with weight, I finally managed to educate and dedicate myself enough to see long lasting results. After seeing what this did for me not only physically but also mentally, I decided to study to become a personal trainer so that I can help hundreds of other people experience these same results. Who better to help you on your journey than somebody who has walked the very same road?
Together we will raise your confidence to levels you have never experienced before, both inside and outside the gym. You will not only become completely comfortable working out with or without my guidance, but also grow more confident in your own skin. Self-confidence can be the difference between displaying your wedding photos or hiding them, getting in the pool or staying on the lounger, and for some even leaving the house or staying home.
No matter your starting point, we will work together to come up with the perfect plan to meet your fitness goals, through a combination of exercise and nutritional guidance. Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength or improve endurance, I will not only help you to train your body inside the gym, but also educate and empower you to make better decisions outside the gym as well. You may want to deadlift twice your bodyweight, or you may just want to play with the kids without pain and breathlessness. Whatever is important to you, together we can make it happen.
I believe that true happiness is made up of equal parts mental and physical health. Struggling with either of these can lower your quality of life drastically and you will very often find yourself not being able to do things you like, or just making excuses for not doing them because it will cause too much mental anguish. Having a healthy body and a healthy mind are the two main pieces of the puzzle that will allow you to live a rich and fun-filled life. Instead of, "I'd love to go to the beach but...", or "I would do ... but my back is too sore," let's make "hell yeah!" your go-to answer.
